- Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; your team keeps access, but new invites pause if you are over the smaller plan's seat limit.
- Security audits: the standard audit (up to 10 agents) is a fixed one-off $2,500 USD; larger fleets get a fixed custom quote. Both are scheduled after payment or invoice.
- Monthly plans: Developer Sandbox is free, Growth is $199/month and Enterprise Fleet is $999/month.
- Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
